Fitness Testing

All of our K-12 PE students go through fitness testing; the younger students are more for practice and learning the fitness test, and 2nd grade and older students' tests give a more accurate account of where your student's fitness levels are.

100 day Challenge - Sept 22nd marked 100 days until New Year. Pick an exercise (i.e. Burpees, Pushups, Jumping Jacks, ect) and see if you can perform 1 on day 1, 2 on day 2, 3 on day 3... all the way to 100!

 

Necedah Marathon: Complete 1 mile run/walk, 2 miles biking or 20 min of any other activity each day for 26 days to complete a marathon by the end of October - use the Tracking form
