Though the overall score did not favor the Cardinals tonight with forfeits given up; actual matches wrestled the cardinals topped their opponent 3 matches to 2. See more on the results page.
Wrestling is more than the intense one-on-one battle a fan may witness at their first wrestling experience. Though a wrestler does not have a teammate to block for him or a person to pass a ball to, he is part of a team. Wrestlers cannot get better on their own - they rely on their teammates to push them. Besides teamwork, wrestling teaches discipline, dedication, perseverance, amongst building other important character values. Talk to Coach Lee to be more involved in our Wrestling Community

There are many articles and blogs out there that explain why wrestling is the king of all sports; many more about why wrestling can help athletes in other sports they are involved in (i.e football). But this is the first blog that I have come across that links wrestling to business success. Reading the "120 things" wrestling has taught Isaiah Hankel makes sense to me as a former wrestler. I encourage you to read the blog and place your current situation and add examples of your life (i.e. 120 things wrestling taught me about being a better student or being a better teacher, etc).
